At MourninGlories, we will work with you to make your experience with us a happy one.

Many of the items which we sell are returnable.  However, there are some items which we will not refund, due to the nature of the item.  One example of this is crafts books.  Items which are non-returnable are identified as such in the item description.  

For items which are refundable, in general, refunds are issued as long as we are notified of the problem within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Please as soon as you are aware of a problem. We will contact you ASAP (generally within 24 hours) with instructions on how to return the item. Items that just show up in the mail will not be accepted.
