We Confidently Ship Using The United States Postal Service!

• In general all items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment clearing our system.

• All of our items are shipped via the United States Posal Service (USPS) and shipping rates are determined by weight.  You can use out Shipping Calculator to determine the cost of shipping for your order prior to actual check out .

• At check out, all possible choices for shipping will be displayed.  Please choose the method that best suits your needs.  When shipping items over 13 ounces, USPS Priority Mail is often the best solution.  Generally, the cost between Parcel Post and Priority Mail is nominal, but the delivery times vary widely.

• All shipping charges are actual; we do not charge handling fees of any kind.

• At the time that your shipping label is printed, you will receive an email with your shipping information and a Tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your items as it moves through the Postal Service.
  

• We do not ship internationally.  All items are shipped only to US addresses.  We do occasionally make an exception to this rule for higher priced items, however this is on a case by case basis.  Please email first to find out if we would be willing to ship the item that you are interested in prior to purchasing.  If you do not email first, we will automatically cancel your order and refund your money.

• Items will be combined for shipping whenever possible, however, due to the varied nature of the items we sell, this is not always possible.

• Occasionally, due to the fact that shipping weights are entered into our system for individual items and represent the total packed weight of the items,  actual shipping costs may wind up being lower.  In such cases, we will happily refund the difference.

• Please rest assured that when packing fragile items, we err on the side of caution.  All fragile items are packed carefully to prepare them for the journey to their new home.  We offer shipping insurance as an option on all items HERE.  

• We use one of the largest insurance carriers on the internet.  Insurance covers not only the purchase price of your item, but also shipping and handling charges and offers hassle-free claims processing and competitive rates.

• If you elect to purchase shipping insurance, you will receive an email confirming this purchase at the time of shipping.  This will be the only email that you receive regarding your insurance and should be kept safe until your item is delivered.

• Some of our more fragile items will require shipping insurance and it will be automatically added to the item.  On such items, the price that you see within the item description will reflect the fact that insurance has been added.
